Dynamics 365 CE Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Functional Consultant for MS Dynamics 365 CE.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements related to sales and marketing
• Translate business needs into functional designs and configure D365 CE Sales & Marketing modules
• Support integration with external applications and prepare functional test cases, conducting UAT with business users

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 5-9 years of hands-on functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, specifically in Sales and Marketing modules
• Proven track record of implementing lead, opportunity, quote, order, and invoice management processes in D365 CE
• Strong experience in campaigns, marketing lists, customer journeys, segmentation, and marketing insights
• Good understanding of Power Platform for extending CE solutions
• Microsoft certifications such as MB-210 (Dynamics 365 Sales) or MB-220 (Dynamics 365 Marketing)
