Job Summary

A company is looking for a Statewide Specialty Counselor to support small business clients throughout New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized one-on-one counseling and develop customized strategies for small business clients
• Develop and deliver group training sessions and webinars on various business topics
• Collaborate with other counselors and maintain relationships with statewide small business stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Three to five years of relevant professional experience in consulting or advisory roles
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and CRM software systems
• Ability to travel occasionally throughout the state for client meetings and events
• Experience in business planning, financial management, and marketing strategies
