Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Curriculum Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design new, innovative technical interview formats, including assessing AI abilities
• Leverage modern AI solutions to rapidly prototype new formats and ensure interview quality
• Create training materials for Interview Engineers on new content formats, including instructional text and quizzes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical curriculum design, preferably in engineering and computer science
• Strong project and program management skills
• Experience developing objective-based rubrics and instructional plans for technical content assessment
• Passion for working with modern AI solutions to optimize content design
• Hands-on engineering or programming experience is a plus
