Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Enablement Trainer to educate and operationalize business processes and policies within their global support organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage organizational process and policy enablement initiatives from design to global scale
  • Create and deliver documentation, training, and materials focused on human skill development
  • Lead requirement gathering and serve as a subject matter expert for process and people enablement activities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in enablement, training, or business process management
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing or high-communication roles
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and coaching methods
  • Experience supporting Case Hygiene and Kepner-Tregoe frameworks
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and their application in training environments
