Technical Operations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Operations Engineer, Rollups.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead deployment, optimization, and management of blockchain networks, ensuring reliability and performance
• Resolve complex Web3 issues through troubleshooting, log analysis, and coordination with partners
• Develop monitoring solutions to identify trends and performance bottlenecks proactively

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in Technical Operations, Site Reliability Engineering, or related roles
• Deep experience managing complex Web3 infrastructures and advanced troubleshooting capabilities
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (Helm, Terraform, Ansible) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Competency in scripting/programming languages such as Python, Go, or JavaScript
• Advanced proficiency in monitoring platforms like Grafana and DataDog
