Technical Operations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Operations Engineer to help scale and execute technical operations processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical advisor for customers, designing and developing integration solutions
• Partner with Product and Engineering to develop specifications for new features and integrations
• Lead external partner integration projects and manage automated report generation

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a technical operations role
• Proven experience with relational databases and advanced SQL skills
• Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure and tools
• Experience working with programming languages such as Python or JavaScript
• Familiarity with BI/reporting tools like Looker or Snowflake
