Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Product Manager, Protocol (Scaling).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the scaling roadmap by owning and delivering the vertical scaling strategy
• Engage with various stakeholders to understand their performance challenges and represent their needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement impactful scaling initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product and engineering experience, preferably in blockchain or distributed systems
• Deep technical expertise with the ability to evaluate complex designs and align engineering solutions
• Ownership mentality with a focus on driving initiatives to completion
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and related ecosystems
• Experience as a software engineer is strongly preferred
