Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Insurance, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner or similar role in commercial insurance, with 2+ years in AI/ML initiatives
• Proven experience delivering AI/ML-driven solutions in commercial insurance domains
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance operations and key data sources
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with relevant tools and platforms
