Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of optical networking products
• Define technical specifications and test procedures for the production team
• Manage transceiver programming, testing, and shipping operations while ensuring quality standards are met

Required Qualifications and Education

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-volume production environment
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience with strong leadership skills
• Technical certifications or vocational training in electronics or fiber optics are beneficial
• Prior experience or a degree in a relevant field is desirable
• Basic understanding of optical network technologies and familiarity with networking hardware is a plus
