Required Qualifications

• Strong engineering background in software, systems, or a related field
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional programs, ideally in AI or ML
• Understanding of modern AI/ML concepts and development workflows
• Experience in developer tools, distributed systems, or large-scale infrastructure
• Ability to build trust and alignment across teams without formal authority
