Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of the customer onboarding program for the OASIS platform
• Develop and maintain detailed program schedules, capturing timelines, resource requirements, and risks
• Collaborate with Product Management and facilitate alignment across engineering, product, and leadership stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional engineering programs
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related technical discipline
• Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe are strongly preferred
• 8+ years of experience with Agile, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based release trains
• Good understanding of AI, GenAI, and intelligent automation technologies
