A company is looking for a Technical Project Manager to guide customers through their early experiences with technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full onboarding lifecycle, from project planning to technical setup and go-live
- Guide customers through configuration and integration with enterprise IT systems and email providers
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to align on customer goals and project timelines
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in a customer-facing, technical, or project management role (preferably in SaaS)
- Experience managing multiple implementation projects of varying complexity
- Familiarity with enterprise IT deployments and email/DNS configuration
- Proactive mindset with a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work closely with diverse stakeholders, including engineers and account managers
