A company is looking for a ZCX Technical Project Manager to drive successful implementations of contact center solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex project portfolios for contact center and related technologies, including resource allocation and capacity planning
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including critical path analysis and resource forecasting
- Serve as a strategic liaison between customer executive teams and internal leadership, ensuring project alignment with business outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 6-9 years of experience in leading complex, multi-stakeholder implementations
- Hands-on experience with deployment projects for contact center and related technologies
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Coordinator in a customer-facing role
- Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are preferred
- Experience with project management and document management tools
