• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to gather content and insights
• Customize existing proposal materials to align with RFP scope and tone

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of proposal writing experience in technical industries
• Ability to synthesize technical information into clear content
• Familiarity with the RFP/RFQ process and proposal lifecycle
• Fluent in Microsoft Word; familiarity with InDesign is a bonus
• Strong organizational skills for managing large documents
