Technical Services Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Services Engineer who will collaborate with senior team members to enhance customer experiences through custom reports and automations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports based on business requirements
• Develop databases, including stored procedures and queries for custom API calls
• Implement workflow automations to streamline customer interactions and internal processes

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Microsoft SQL programming, database design, and query tuning
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Reporting Services (SSRS)
• Experience in gathering requirements and creating specifications for report development
• Familiarity with SAAS products, particularly in the travel industry, is a plus
• Experience with Dynamics 365 workflow automation engine is a plus
