Performance Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Engineer to drive performance optimization across complex application ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct performance engineering activities including code profiling, database query tuning, and microservices pod scaling
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across UI, application, database, network, and messaging layers
• Design and execute load, endurance, and scalability tests, integrating performance testing into CI/CD pipelines

Required Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of experience in performance engineering, including code profiling and database query optimization
• Expertise in identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks across various layers
• Strong hands-on experience with APM tools such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace, and Splunk
• Experience in performance testing cloud-hosted applications, preferably AWS
• Experience in designing and executing performance tests using tools like NeoLoad or JMeter
