Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agile Engineering Delivery Lead to facilitate Agile practices and enhance team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote best practices to enhance team productivity
• Coordinate communication between teams and track project milestones to ensure timely delivery
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the product backlog and support JIRA management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in an Agile environment with knowledge of Scrum or Kanban methodologies
• Proficient in JIRA for managing work and generating reports
• Background as a Scrum Master and Project Manager
• Strong foundation in Agile delivery frameworks within the tech industry
