Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer for the Agentic AI team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and develop multi-agent systems for context-aware interactions
• Build agentic prototypes using GenAI models and convert them into products for customers
• Mentor engineers and refine processes for experimentation and production rollouts

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Expertise in agentic AI, pretraining, fine-tuning, and reinforcement learning of models
• 7+ years of experience in building large-scale solutions, particularly in agent-based systems
• Experience in developing dialogue systems with multi-step reasoning capabilities
• Experience in deploying AI services with high availability and low latency
