SRE Release Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an SRE Release Engineer to develop, test, and maintain information systems applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive process development and implementation for SRE and ITIL maturity
• Support, maintain, and enhance the release management and CI/CD process
• Provide technical direction and coaching to Associate Software Developers in application development activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a related field
• Two years of software development or related IT experience
• Proven ability in one or more programming languages (Cobol, C++, Visual Basic, Java)
• Working knowledge of SRE system design and optimization principles
• Proven ability with mainframe, NT, Unit, and/or Windows-based applications
