Key Responsibilities
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible documentation
- Gather, analyze, and convert technical data into concise written materials
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate technical accuracy and maintain documentation
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or completion of a two-year technical/business program, or four (4) years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Proven experience in technical writing and documentation
- Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience if no degree is held
- Experience working with IT systems and technical teams to create documentation
- Strong proficiency in formatting and editing manuals, reports, and instructional materials
