Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer to create and maintain documentation for platform tools and services in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain internal documentation for platform tools, services, and workflows
• Collaborate with engineers to translate complex systems into clear, usable content
• Organize and manage internal knowledge bases and advocate for clarity in technical communication

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in engineering or DevOps environments
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and containers
• Experience with documentation tools and platforms (e.g., Markdown, GitHub, Confluence)
• Understanding of developer workflows and internal tooling
