Key Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery workshops to assess business needs and develop high-level solution approaches
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology engagements and ensure client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in insurance technology, focusing on core platform implementation and integration
• 10-15 years of hands-on experience with complex technology solutions in P&C insurance platforms
• Experience in system architecture, integration design, and insurance-specific workflows
• Demonstrated experience in integrating AI and automation capabilities in technology solutions
• Deep understanding of property & casualty insurance lines and operations
