Test Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Test Manager to join their expanding Professional Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own test strategies, plans, and scripts for EPR programmes
• Coordinate and manage UAT, regression, and integration testing across multiple clients
• Lead defect management and resolution processes

Required Qualifications

• Strong background in software testing and quality assurance
• Experience working with one or more EPR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, System C, or equivalent)
• Proven experience coordinating testing in complex healthcare environments
• ISTQB or equivalent testing certification desirable
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
