Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced business analysis and user experience design to enhance end user experience
- Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to develop design solutions and manage requirements throughout the software development life cycle
- Ensure adherence to agency-wide design standards and industry best practices while verifying fulfillment of requirements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 8 years of experience eliciting requirements from customers and creating system requirements
- 8 years of experience with software development life cycles (SDLCs)
- 8 years of experience in business process re-engineering and software process flow improvement
- 8 years of experience developing user stories and use cases that conform to best practices
- 8 years of experience designing mockups and/or wireframes that adhere to UX best practices
