Key Responsibilities
- Review medical reports to ensure completeness and accuracy, addressing client questions
- Communicate with clients and reviewers for clarifications and updates on referral progress
- Ensure reports adhere to quality assurance standards and are formatted correctly
Required Qualifications
- Preferred Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
- Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred
- Experience with NY Workers Compensation is preferred
- Operations experience with Peer Review, UR, and/or case management
- Computer literacy and typing skills are essential
