A company is looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner for Texas Medicaid (Virtual - Contract through December 2025).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual wellness visits and health assessments for patients

Required Qualifications

• Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Active Family Nurse Practitioner License
