Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Prior Authorization Pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and complete clinical criteria for prior authorization requests in accordance with policies and procedures
• Ensure privacy and security of all patient and proprietary data
• Work independently from a private, dedicated home office

Required Qualifications

• Must have an active Pharmacist license in the state of residence
• Must have PBM or Prior Authorization experience
• Must provide own high-speed internet and smartphone for remote access setup
• Must have a secure and private work environment
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
