Texas Licensed Quality Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Revisions Specialist who will review loan and title company documents for accuracy and resolve post-closing issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and prioritize a pipeline of loans to ensure timely review of critical documents
• Drive resolution for customers and clients by engaging relevant parties to address issues
• Conduct Compliance Reviews to verify the accuracy of documents and resolve any defects identified

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in closing/processing at a title company or financial institution
• Must be a TX licensed Escrow Officer or willing to obtain the license
