Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Title Examiner in Texas.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct complex searches and examinations of public land records for commercial and residential real estate
• Train and assist fellow commercial searchers with inquiries and processes
• Collaborate with the Underwriting Department on matters requiring review and approval

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience examining commercial title in Texas
• Deep knowledge of state and county recording statutes and title standards
• Understanding of search protocols, lien priority rules, and underwriting practices
• Associates degree or equivalent experience; or 10 years of related experience
