Job Summary

A company is looking for a tfMRD Coordinator to oversee day-to-day operations of multiple primary projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations and resolve sample processing issues to maintain timely and accurate information
• Serve as the primary contact for Multiple Primary orders, documenting all interactions and communications
• Contribute to the development and improvement of processes and training for enhanced customer experiences

Required Qualifications

• Two-year degree required; four-year degree preferred
• 3 - 5 years of related laboratory or medical facility customer experience
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to maintain professionalism in escalated situations
