Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pennsylvania Commercial Title Examiner (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform title examination and analyze the chain of title for commercial transactions
• Abstract and analyze records to determine ownership and legal restrictions of properties
• Prepare initial title commitment documentation and review reports for accuracy

Required Qualifications and Education

• 3-5+ years of Commercial Title Exam or directly related experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent; College Degree preferred but not required
• Comprehensive understanding of public records and legal descriptions
• Proficient in researching title records and using company operating systems
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects
