Training and Development Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist in Training & Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop educational materials and training programs using instructional design methodologies
• Manage learning projects, including scheduling, assessments, and coordination of training delivery
• Administer the Learning Management System and maintain training content and resources

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Development, Communications, Graphic Design, or related fields, or equivalent work experience
• 1-3 years of experience in instructional design, including familiarity with e-learning tools
• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with Learning Management Systems, preferably SuccessFactors
• Portfolio review of training content is required
