Key Responsibilities
- Develop educational materials and training programs using instructional design methodologies
- Manage learning projects, including scheduling, assessments, and coordination of training delivery
- Administer the Learning Management System and maintain training content and resources
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Development, Communications, Graphic Design, or related fields, or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of experience in instructional design, including familiarity with e-learning tools
- Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with Learning Management Systems, preferably SuccessFactors
- Portfolio review of training content is required
