Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Coordinator to support the implementation of the learning strategy for the deployment program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment on training approaches and materials
  • Plan, prepare, and execute training activities, including organizing facilitator sessions and managing LMS activities
  • Monitor training requests, maintain databases, and report on training deliverables and risks
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in training program development and administration
  • Experience with LMS platforms for online training delivery and management
  • Project management experience with mature judgment capabilities
  • Proficient in data management and advanced Excel functions
  • Ability to work across multiple international time zones
