A company is looking for a Training Coordinator to support the implementation of the learning strategy for the deployment program.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment on training approaches and materials
- Plan, prepare, and execute training activities, including organizing facilitator sessions and managing LMS activities
- Monitor training requests, maintain databases, and report on training deliverables and risks
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in training program development and administration
- Experience with LMS platforms for online training delivery and management
- Project management experience with mature judgment capabilities
- Proficient in data management and advanced Excel functions
- Ability to work across multiple international time zones
