A company is looking for a Training Specialist in Revenue Cycle/Medical Billing.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and develop curriculum for new and existing employees
- Facilitate training sessions and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Prepare training materials and coordinate training schedules based on operational needs
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Five (5) years of experience in the training field
- One (1) year of experience in curriculum development
- Two (2) years of experience in a customer service environment with leadership responsibilities
- Prior experience in healthcare revenue position preferred
