Training Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Specialist to support federal customers in the Washington DC area.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and update existing training materials for relevance and accuracy
• Develop comprehensive training methods and materials, including curriculum design for various formats
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Ability to obtain a U.S. government Public Trust Security Clearance
• Master's Degree and 1 year of relevant experience; OR Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of relevant experience; OR no degree and 8 years of relevant experience
• At least one professional certification relevant to the technical service provided
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design or training development
• Familiarity with cybersecurity compliance and the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF)
