Trial Master Files Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Trial Master Files.

Key Responsibilities

• Completes study eTMF maintenance activities, including document uploads and milestone/event entries
• Supports Veeva Vault CTMS tracking and assists with end of study eTMF activities
• Assists in generating reports and preparing for audits/inspections

Required Qualifications

• High school/secondary level education required
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Exposure to Trial Master Files or web-based databases preferred
• 1 year of previous related CRO or Pharma experience highly preferred
