Job Summary
A company is looking for a UI/UX Designer to support government clients in enhancing user experience through human-centered design methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide government clients in solving complex user experience challenges using human-centered methods
- Plan and execute UX initiatives from research through interface design, including usability and accessibility testing
- Represent the voice of the customer to ensure their needs are met in proposed solutions
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required and ability to obtain a U.S. government Public Trust Security Clearance
- BA/BS or equivalent experience with 5+ years of relevant experience
- 4+ years of professional UX and UI experience in multi-platform digital products
- Current portfolio showcasing design ideology, methods, and skills
- Experience in user research, UI design, and familiarity with 508 compliance requirements
