Job Summary
A company is looking for a UKG Ready Implementation Consultant to assist clients with the implementation of UKG software.
Key Responsibilities
- Project planning and analysis, including management and documentation of configuration requirements
- Configure UKG software according to specifications and facilitate user acceptance testing sessions
- Provide product training and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to team initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience with UKG Ready software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities
- Consulting experience is a plus
- Certifications such as FPC, CPP, HRIP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or PMP are advantageous
