UKG Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UKG Ready Implementation Consultant to assist clients with the implementation of UKG software.

Key Responsibilities

• Project planning and analysis, including management and documentation of configuration requirements
• Configure UKG software according to specifications and facilitate user acceptance testing sessions
• Provide product training and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to team initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience with UKG Ready software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities
• Consulting experience is a plus
• Certifications such as FPC, CPP, HRIP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or PMP are advantageous
