UKG Ready Solution Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UKG Ready Solution Consultant to partner with clients in designing, configuring, and delivering solutions using the UKG Ready platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert in UKG Ready, maintaining knowledge of at least two core modules
• Host discovery sessions with clients to uncover needs and translate business requirements into actionable solutions
• Configure UKG Ready to align with approved solutions, delivering training to ensure long-term client success

Required Qualifications

• Proven expertise in UKG Ready with hands-on experience in at least two core modules (e.g., Payroll, Time & Labor, HR)
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization skills
• Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision and makes sound decisions based on available information
• Continuous learner who embraces new challenges and evolving client needs
