Key Responsibilities
- Provide application administration and technical support for UKG Workforce Central
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve application or integration issues
- Manage user access, roles, and system configurations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of hands-on UKG Workforce Central technical administration and support experience
- Strong knowledge of system configuration, user security, and integrations
- Experience supporting HR and Payroll functions within UKG Workforce Central
- UKG certification is a plus
