User Experience Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a User Experience Designer (Part-time).

Key Responsibilities

• Quickly create process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups to communicate interaction behaviors
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business and feature requirements using User-Centered Design principles
• Conduct usability testing and analyze data to assess and optimize feature performance

Qualifications

• 8+ years of user experience design experience, including recent work with AI
• Experience in building help workflows and developing AI-first content consumption workflows
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with design libraries
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or equivalent experience
• Strong online portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
