Key Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a comprehensive UX strategy for the School segment
• Drive excellence in user experience across products and platforms, ensuring seamless navigation for users
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product requirements and ensure proper implementation of designs

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of user experience design and research experience, with 5+ years in management
• Knowledge of software usability principles and current interface design trends
• Experience with human-centered design and customer empathy
• Proficiency in UX wireframe and prototyping software, and familiarity with front-end frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
