Apparel Technical Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Apparel Technical Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and adherence to technical standards, including construction, quality, fit, and decoration placement
• Complete and update Tech Packs, ensuring they meet global product standards and communicate technical discrepancies with PCC
• Monitor work in progress, facilitate communication between teams, and support the production buy-ready process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Design, Product Development, Fit Engineering, Pattern Making, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in the sportswear or fashion industry with knowledge of garment construction
• Technical knowledge of patterns, grading, measuring, and fabric construction
• Proficient in PLM, Adobe Illustrator, pattern software, and MS Office applications
• Willingness to travel to foreign and/or remote locations
