Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Design.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and grow a multidisciplinary team of product and brand designers
• Own the end-to-end design process across all products to ensure cohesive, user-centered experiences
• Develop a deep understanding of products and drive customer solution development through effective design

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in User Design, UX, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio in UX, UI, and user-centered design principles
• 5+ years of experience leading and managing a product design team
• Deep understanding of the healthcare industry and its workflows, data standards, and regulatory requirements
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver complex, enterprise-level solutions focused on user experience
