UX Strategist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Strategist to enhance user interactions with federal government systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide teams to understand client vision and user needs through storytelling and actionable insights
• Oversee user research, information architecture, rapid prototyping, interface design, and product implementation
• Advocate for design-centered changes and improvements while prioritizing the end-user experience

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in UX from concept to delivery
• Experience leading user feedback sessions and creating high-fidelity mockups and prototypes
• Experience with Figma and Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination
• Bachelor's degree
