UX Writer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Writer to craft omnichannel digital services and applications focused on customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with UX designers and cross-functional teams from conception to delivery
• Create outstanding content that adheres to brand guidelines and digital best practices
• Write inclusive, accessible content that meets technical delivery specifications

Required Qualifications:

• 5-7+ years of relevant experience in UX writing, content strategy, and/or marketing writing
• Experience in digital agency and e-commerce/retail environments
• Strong attention to detail with a passion for grammar and punctuation
• Deep understanding of content as a design tool impacting customer experience
• Experience working within UX teams on digital web and mobile projects
