A company is looking for a Content Strategist to work remotely on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, edit, test, and improve Help Center articles and customer support responses
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to create effective support messaging

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English or a relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in technical writing or content strategy
• 6+ months of experience with Generative AI and/or LLMs
• Experience with content management systems (CMS)
• Familiarity with project management tools
