Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the delivery of technical assistance to local governments for budget and procurement
- Lead efforts to shift government dollars toward effective solutions and enhance evidence/data capacity
- Manage relationships with funders and represent the organization at public events and meetings
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience within local government, focusing on budgeting or procurement
- At least 8 years of experience supervising multiple full-time staff
- Thorough understanding of local government funding and evidence-based decision-making
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Salesforce, and Asana
