Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive developer experience strategy that aligns with business objectives
- Conduct assessments to identify existing developer experience initiatives and establish coordination across teams
- Build and lead a team of DevEx professionals while implementing feedback systems for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software development or technical leadership, with 5+ years in a management role
- Deep understanding of SDK development and familiarity with cloud platforms and CI/CD practices
- Proven ability to think like a developer and empathize with their needs
- Experience in building and mentoring high-performing technical teams
- Strong skills in collaboration and data-driven decision-making
