Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 15+ years of experience in manufacturing technology, digital transformation, or operational IT leadership
• Experience in life sciences, chemicals, or advanced manufacturing industries preferred
• Expertise in Industry 4.0, automation, AI/ML, and cloud technologies
• Proven track record leading multi-site, global technology initiatives
